We come to your project site and do a walk though to discuss and photograph what items are available to be removed. Once we have finalized that, we will discuss the schedule and availability of when those items can be removed.
We will arrive on site on the agreed day and time and work with our team to remove the items for salvage. The scope of items to be removed will determine the size of our team and the length of time needed. This will be discussed in the initial meeting. We will be sure to clean up any mess made during the removal of items before we depart.
We will contact the client to let them know that the items have been salvaged and if there was any issues or concerns to discuss. This is when we would arrange any follow up visits if needed.
A large part of our business is homes set for demolition. These homes are generally older and we focus mostly on removing recyclable materials. However, lots of older homes have unique décor items that are always worth saving!
With home renovations booming, there is many opportunities to repurpose items! Many builders and contractors aren't allowed the timelines or budgets to salvage usable items from remodels and that's where we step in to help. We have the team to remove items timely and the ability to store items if needed.
Just like homes, commercial buildings can have unique items that can be repurposed. Also, many commercial buildings are being remodeled and thus being brought up to current code. We can step in and help with removing recyclable materials like electrical, plumbing and windows, therefore saving you money on demo costs!
Just because we are located in Calgary, doesn't mean we aren't willing to travel to surrounding communities! Rural properties, especially in Alberta can have some unique salvage opportunities!
